This week became very intense as it moved on, many unplanned tasked took big bites of every minute, I needed to reschedule my work and free time calendar more than once a day, by Tuesday, my evening running program got interrupted, and by Wednesday, even the time on the train was devoted to that. Hopefully, the coming week will be more efficient, and The Daily Trainer will be back to full power.<\/p>\n
