The tall proud seniors’ back seats are showing their experience. They know exactly how to back you up and provide the needed support for the ride. They have successfully done it countless times, and it shows. You can actually see their “professional memory” and experience graved into them. However, The junior bottom seats are the ones to carry all the weight. For now, they are shiny and fresh, however, that is only because the previous have been literally worn-out and replaced.
At the end of the day, both parts of the seat are needed for the job and they will get to the next station together. As a passenger (a customer) I see them as one, as a team.
At your work, are you gaining experience and getting “worn” in the right places to prove it, or are you carrying all the weight and wear yourself out?
