Having a personal roadmap you can understand is great. However, working with other people, team members, peers, customers, etc. That demands a roadmap everyone can relate to and understand as well.

Designers and Developers talk in different languages. Sales and Marketing, are different cultures. Finance and Creative... these people come from totally different planets.
