“Do not cross the yellow line” is one of the most well-known rules in the train station. Nobody is announcing the rule is changing after the train stopped. However, it makes perfect sense to cross the line and get on the train.
Crossing the lines whenever it seems logical, beneficial, or a social norm is a human thing to do.
